3. Installationsanleitung

3.1 Packungsinhalt

Bevor Sie beginnen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Komponenten vorhanden sind:

• Hörer und Spiralkabel
• Ethernet-Kabel
• Netzteil (falls Power over Ethernet - PoE - nicht verwendet wird)

3.2 Telefon anschließen

1. Anschließen des Mobilteils: Stecken Sie ein Ende des Spiralkabels in den Hörer und das andere Ende in die Hörerbuchse an der Telefonbasis.
2. Mit Netzwerk verbinden:
   • Bei Verwendung von Power over Ethernet (PoE) verbinden Sie ein Ende des Ethernet-Kabels mit dem LAN-Anschluss des Telefons und das andere Ende mit einem PoE-fähigen Netzwerk-Switch oder Router.
   • If not using PoE, connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch/router. Then, connect the power adapter to the phone's power port and plug it into a power outlet.
3. Optional PC Connection: Wenn Sie einen Computer über das Telefon anschließen möchten, stecken Sie ein Ethernet-Kabel von Ihrem Computer in den PC-Anschluss des Telefons.
4. Erster Systemstart: The phone will power on and begin its boot-up sequence. This may take a few moments as it obtains network configuration and registers with your IP communications platform.

4. Bedienungsanleitung

4.1 Grundlegende Aufruffunktionen

• Einen Anruf tätigen: Lift the handset, press a line key, or press the Speaker button. Dial the number.
• Anruf annehmen: Lift the handset, press the flashing line key, or press the Speaker button.
• Anruf beenden: Replace the handset, or press the Speaker button if using speakerphone.
• Halten: Drücken Sie während eines Anrufs die Taste Halten key. To retrieve, press the flashing line key.
• Stumm: Drücken Sie die Stumm Drücken Sie die Taste, um Ihr Mikrofon während eines Anrufs stummzuschalten. Drücken Sie erneut, um die Stummschaltung aufzuheben.
• Freisprecheinrichtung: Drücken Sie die Lautsprecher key to activate or deactivate the speakerphone.

• Message Access: Drücken Sie die Nachricht Schlüssel zum Zugriff auf Ihre Voicemail.
• Programmierbare Tasten: The twelve programmable keys can be configured for speed dialing, line appearances, or quick access to system features. Consult your system administrator for specific programming details.

5. Wartung

Proper care and maintenance will extend the life of your Mitel 5312 IP Phone.

• Reinigung: Benutzen Sie ein weiches, leichtamp cloth to clean the phone's surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or strong chemicals. Do not spray liquids directly onto the phone.
