Aufstellen

Bedienungsanleitung

  1. Fleisch vorbereiten: Ensure meat cuts are boneless and trimmed to fit the chute. The unit can process meat up to 4.5 inches wide and 0.75 inches thick. For optimal results, meat should not be cut too thin (less than 0.25 inches) or too thick (more than 0.625 inches).
  2. Position Meat: Place a piece of meat into the top chute.

  6. Collect Processed Meat: Ensure a clean container is placed beneath the unit to collect the tenderized or cubed meat.

  1. Demontage: After each use, carefully disassemble the unit. Loosen any hand-tightened screws to remove the top housing and the blade assembly.
