Aufstellen

Bedienungsanleitung
- Fleisch vorbereiten: Ensure meat cuts are boneless and trimmed to fit the chute. The unit can process meat up to 4.5 inches wide and 0.75 inches thick. For optimal results, meat should not be cut too thin (less than 0.25 inches) or too thick (more than 0.625 inches).
- Position Meat: Place a piece of meat into the top chute.
- Klingen aktivieren: While holding the crank handle, slowly turn it clockwise. Use the provided tongs or a suitable pusher to gently guide the meat into the rotating blades. Benutzen Sie niemals Ihre Hände oder Finger.
- Tenderizing: For general tenderizing, pass the meat through the blades once.
- Cubed Steaks: To create cubed steaks, pass the meat through the blades once. Then, rotate the meat 90 degrees and pass it through the blades a second time. This cross-cutting action creates the characteristic cubed texture.
- Collect Processed Meat: Ensure a clean container is placed beneath the unit to collect the tenderized or cubed meat.

Wartung und Reinigung
