Aufstellen
Setting up your Orbit watering timer is a straightforward process that requires no special tools. Follow these steps for proper installation:

- Run Program (Auto): Turn the dial to 'AUTO'. The timer will now run according to your programmed schedule.

Regenverzögerungsfunktion:
To conserve water during rainy periods, you can activate the rain delay feature. While the dial is set to 'AUTO', press the '+' button. This will pause your watering schedule for 24, 48, or 72 hours. The timer will automatically resume the program after the selected delay period.

Manuelle Bewässerung:
To water manually without interrupting your programmed schedule, press the 'MANUAL' button. You can then use the '+' and '-' buttons to set a manual watering duration. The timer will revert to its programmed schedule once the manual watering is complete.

Wartung
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Orbit watering timer, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Batteriewechsel: Replace batteries annually or when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Always use new 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries.
- Temperaturüberlegungen: The timer is designed for outdoor use but should be protected from extreme temperatures. Do not operate at temperatures exceeding 120°F (49°C) or below 32°F (0°C).
