The SawStop Dust Collection Blade Guard (Model TSG-DC) is designed to enhance the safety and cleanliness of your SawStop Cast-Iron Table Saw. It is compatible with 1.75HP and larger SawStop Cast-Iron Table Saws and comes standard on 3HP and larger models. The guard features independent lateral slides that minimize blade exposure and allow for cuts as narrow as 3/4 inch. Integrated anti-kickback pawls further reduce the likelihood of kickback, contributing to a safer working environment. The dust port connects directly to your existing dust-collection system, and it is also compatible with the SawStop Overarm Dust Collection Assembly.

Setup und Installation

Proper installation of the Dust Collection Blade Guard is crucial for optimal performance and safety. This guard is designed to integrate with your SawStop table saw's existing riving knife mechanism.

The Dust Collection Blade Guard is designed for intuitive use, automatically adjusting to the material being cut. Always ensure your dust collection system is active during operation.

• Einschalten: With the guard properly installed and dust collection connected, power on your SawStop table saw and dust collection system.
• Material Feed: As you feed material into the blade, the clear plastic guard will lift and slide independently, allowing the material to pass while maintaining maximum blade coverage. The anti-kickback pawls will engage the material, preventing backward movement.
• Staubsammlung: The above-table dust port will actively collect sawdust and debris generated during the cut, directing it into your dust collection system. This significantly reduces airborne particles and keeps your workspace cleaner.
• Narrow Cuts: Der Low-Profifile design of the guard allows for precise cuts as narrow as 3/4 inch while still providing protection and dust collection.
