WARNUNG: STURZGEFAHR. Babies between 7 lb (3.2 kg) and 12 lb (5.5 kg) must use the Ergobaby Infant Insert (sold separately) with the Ergobaby Carrier, and the baby should only be carried in the front-carry position. Babies more than 12 lb (5.5 kg) but younger than 4 months or without strong and consistent head and neck control must continue using the Ergobaby Infant Insert with the carrier. Neither the baby carrier nor the Infant Insert should be used for children under 7 lb (3.2 kg). Always ensure all buckles and straps are securely fastened before and during use. Regularly check for wear and tear. Keep one hand on your baby at all times when adjusting the carrier or moving.
Setup: How to Wear Your Carrier
Properly fitting your Ergobaby carrier is essential for comfort and safety. Follow these steps to correctly put on your carrier for a front-inward carry:
