5. Einrichtung und Installation
5.1. Montage des Thermostats
- Choose an appropriate location on an interior wall, away from direct sunlight, drafts, and heat sources.
- Ensure the mounting height is approximately 1.5 meters (5 feet) from the floor for optimal temperature sensing.
- Use the mounting holes on the back of the thermostat (refer to Figure 2) to mark and drill holes in the wall.
- Secure the thermostat base to the wall using appropriate screws and wall plugs.
5.2. Elektrische Verkabelung
WARNUNG: Disconnect power to your heating/cooling system at the main circuit breaker before proceeding with wiring.
- Connect the thermostat to your heating/cooling system using the dry contact output terminals (max. 5A / 250V AC). Refer to your heating/cooling system's manual for specific wiring diagrams.
- Connect the provided 5V DC, 2.5A power adapter to the thermostat's power input jack.
- Insert 2x AA 1.5V batteries (not included) into the battery compartment for clock backup in case of power failure.

6. Bedienungsanleitung
6.1. Grundlegende Bedienung
- Anzeige: The large backlit LCD shows the current temperature, time, date, operating mode, and GSM signal strength.

- MENU/ESC Button: Press to access the main menu or to exit a menu/setting without saving changes.
