2. Einrichtung und Erstgebrauch

2.1. Zeiteinstellung

1. Pull the crown (center knob on the right side of the watch) out to position 2.
2. Durch Drehen der Krone können Sie die Stunden- und Minutenzeiger auf die richtige Uhrzeit einstellen.
3. Drücken Sie die Krone zurück in Position 1, um die Uhr zu starten.

2.2. Datumseinstellung

1. Ziehen Sie die Krone bis zur Position 1 (erster Klick) heraus.
2. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise (depending on the movement) to set the correct date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this can interfere with the automatic date change mechanism.
3. Drücken Sie die Krone zurück in ihre Ausgangsposition.

2.3. Bandeinstellung

3. Bedienung des Chronographen

The Diesel Mega Chief watch features a chronograph function for measuring elapsed time. It includes three sub-dials to track minutes, seconds, and tenths of seconds.

1. Start/Stopp: Press the top pusher (A) to start the chronograph. Press it again to stop the measurement.
2. Zurücksetzen: While the chronograph is stopped, press the bottom pusher (B) to reset all chronograph hands to zero.
