4. Einrichtung

4.1 Auspacken und Zusammenbau

1. Entnehmen Sie vorsichtig alle Komponenten aus der Verpackung.
2. Assemble the stand according to the provided diagrams (if separate).
3. Mount the bandsaw unit onto the assembled stand, ensuring all fasteners are securely tightened.
4. Attach the work table, ensuring it is level and can be tilted smoothly.

3. Carefully position the blade around the upper and lower flywheels, ensuring the teeth are pointing downwards towards the table.

5. Use the quick tensioning system (refer to Figure 4.1) to apply appropriate tension to the blade. The blade should be taut but not overly stressed.
6. Close all blade guard covers before reconnecting power.

5. Bedienungsanleitung

5.1 Grundlegende Bedienung

1. Ensure the workpiece is clean and free of foreign objects.
2. Adjust the upper blade guide to be approximately 3-6 mm above the workpiece.
3. Select the appropriate cutting speed for your material (370-750 m/min).
4. Turn on the machine and allow the blade to reach full speed before starting the cut.
5. Feed the workpiece slowly and steadily into the blade, applying even pressure.
6. Use push sticks for smaller workpieces to keep hands clear of the blade.

5.3 Table Tilt Adjustment

The work table can be tilted up to 45 degrees for precise angled cuts. To adjust:

1. Loosen the locking knob or lever beneath the table.
2. Carefully tilt the table to the desired angle, using the angle scale for accuracy.
3. Tighten the locking knob or lever securely before starting the cut.
