Before using your AROMA Hot Pot for the first time, please follow these steps:

2. Wash the stainless steel pot and tempered glass lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

Follow these instructions to use your AROMA Hot Pot:

2. Fill the dual compartments with your desired broths or liquids. Do not overfill; leave adequate space for ingredients.

4. Insert the detachable power cord into the hot pot's receptacle, then plug the other end into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
5. Turn the adjustable temperature dial to your desired heat setting (Low, Mid, or High). The indicator light will illuminate.
6. Allow the broth to heat up. The 1500-watt heating element ensures rapid heating.

7. Once the broth is simmering or boiling, add your ingredients to the respective compartments.
8. Use the tempered glass lid to cover the pot, trapping heat and steam for efficient cooking.
