Aufstellen

1. Platzieren Sie den Mixer: Position the mixer on a dry, flat, and stable surface.
2. Befestigen Sie die Schüssel: Lift the mixer head by pushing the tilt-head lock lever to the unlock position. Place the 3.5-quart stainless steel bowl onto the base, aligning the grooves on the bowl with the locking pins on the base. Twist the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.
3. Attach the Beater/Whip/Dough Hook: Slide the desired attachment onto the beater shaft, ensuring the notch on the shaft aligns with the notch on the attachment. Twist the attachment to secure it.
4. Senken Sie den Kopf: Push the tilt-head lock lever to the lock position, lowering the mixer head until it clicks into place.

Bedienungsanleitung

1. Zutaten hinzufügen: With the mixer head tilted back or in the locked position, add your ingredients to the bowl.
2. Geschwindigkeit auswählen: Use the speed control lever located on the side of the mixer head to select the desired speed from 0 (Off/Stir) to 10 (Fast).
3. Mischen: Begin mixing at a low speed and gradually increase as needed. The tilt-head design allows for easy addition of ingredients during mixing.
4. Anhalten: To stop the mixer, return the speed control lever to the '0' position.
5. Removing Attachments/Bowl: Ensure the mixer is off and unplugged. Push the tilt-head lock lever to the unlock position to raise the head. Remove the attachment by pushing it up and twisting. Then, twist the bowl counter-clockwise to remove it from the base.

Wartung und Reinigung
