3. Installation

Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your gas hob. It must be carried out by a qualified professional.

3.1 Vorbereitung der Arbeitsfläche:

• Ensure adequate clearance around the hob for ventilation.

3.2 Gas Connection:

The gas hob is pre-installed with a natural gas nozzle. If you are using propane/butane gas, you must replace the nozzles yourself using the provided kit.

• Connect the gas supply line to the appliance's gas inlet.
• Use appropriate seals and ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
• Perform a leak test after connection.

4.1 Burner Types and Power:

• Hinten links: Rapid, 10 cm diameter, 2600W
• Vorne links: Auxiliary, 5.5 cm diameter, 1000W
• Hinten rechts: Semi-rapid, 7.5 cm diameter, 1650W
• Vorne rechts: Semi-rapid, 7.5 cm diameter, 1650W
• Center: Triple Crown, 13 cm diameter, 3600W

4.2 Using the Control Knobs:

• Each burner has a dedicated control knob located at the front of the hob.
• To ignite a burner, push down and turn the corresponding knob counter-clockwise to the maximum flame setting. The integrated ignition will spark.
• Hold the knob down for a few seconds after ignition to allow the thermocouple safety device to activate. Release the knob; if the flame goes out, repeat the process.

• Remove the burner caps, flame diffusers, and grates.
• Wash these components with warm soapy water. For baked-on food, soak them before cleaning.
• Ensure all components are thoroughly dry before reassembling them to prevent ignition issues.
• Periodically check the ignition pins and thermocouples for any blockages or damage.
