3. Einrichtung
3.1 Einlegen der Batterie
The device requires 3 AAA batteries (not included).
- Suchen Sie das Batteriefach auf der Rückseite des Geräts.

3.2 Erstes Einschalten
Press the red power button once to turn on the device. The LCD display will illuminate.

4.1 Ein-/Ausschalten
Press the red power button once to turn the unit on. Press it again to turn it off.
4.2 Unit Selection (Wind Speed)
Drücken Sie bei eingeschaltetem Gerät die Taste EINHEIT Taste zum Durchschalten der verfügbaren Windgeschwindigkeitseinheiten:
- MPH (Miles Per Hour)
- KM/H (Kilometers Per Hour)
- Knoten
- M/S (Meters Per Second)
- FT/MIN (Feet Per Minute)
4.3 Unit Selection (Temperature)
Drücken Sie die °F/°C button to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature readings.
4.4 Backlight and Inspection Light
Drücken Sie die Glühbirne button to activate or deactivate the LCD backlight. This also activates the integrated inspection light for improved visibility in dark areas.
4.5 Max/Min/Avg Functions
The device can record maximum, minimum, and average readings during a measurement session:
- Drücken MAX/MIN to display the maximum recorded wind speed.
- Drücken MAX/MIN again to display the minimum recorded wind speed.
- Drücken Durchschnitt to display the average wind speed.
- These values will hold in place until reset or the device is powered off.
4.6 Extendable Design
The anemometer features an extendable design, allowing the wind speed sensor to be positioned in hard-to-reach places, such as air ducts, for more accurate measurements. Gently pull the sensor head upwards to extend it.
5. Messen
5.1 Windgeschwindigkeitsmessung
Hold the anemometer so that the wind flows directly into the back of the fan (indicated by an arrow on the housing). Ensure the fan spins smoothly and freely for accurate readings. The current wind speed will be displayed on the LCD, with updates every 1 second.
5.2 Temperatur- und Feuchtemessung
The device continuously updates temperature and humidity readings every 30 seconds. High and low records for these values are maintained and displayed on the screen.
5.3 Altitude, Wind Chill, and Heat Index
The anemometer also provides readings for altitude and automatically calculates wind chill and heat index based on the measured environmental data.

7. Wartung
