This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Pro-Ject Essential III Beatles Turntable. Please read this manual carefully before using the product to ensure proper function and longevity.

Aufstellen
Follow these steps to set up your turntable for optimal performance:
- Auspacken: Entnehmen Sie alle Komponenten vorsichtig aus der Verpackung. Bewahren Sie die Verpackung für spätere Transporte oder Lagerung auf.
- Platzierung: Place the turntable on a stable, level surface, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong vibrations. Ensure adequate ventilation.
- Plattentellerinstallation: Gently place the acrylic platter onto the spindle. Ensure it sits flush.
- Riemeninstallation: Carefully loop the silicone drive belt around the sub-platter and the motor pulley. Ensure the belt is not twisted.
- Cartridge Alignment (Pre-mounted): The Ortofon OM10 cartridge comes pre-mounted. Verify it is securely attached to the tonearm.
- Tonearm Balance: Adjust the counterweight at the rear of the tonearm until the tonearm floats freely and horizontally. Then, set the tracking force according to the cartridge manufacturer's specifications (typically 1.5g for Ortofon OM10).
- Antiskating-Einstellung: Attach the anti-skating weight to the designated groove on the tonearm support.
- Staubschutzhülle: Attach the hinged acrylic dust cover to the rear hinges of the turntable.
- Verbindungen: Connect the Connect It E Audio Cable from the turntable's RCA outputs to your phono preamplifier oder amplifier's phono input. Connect the 15V DC universal power supply to the turntable and then to a power outlet.

Bedienungsanleitung
To play a record:
- Einschalten: Flip the power switch located on the side of the plinth to the 'On' position. The platter will begin to spin.
- Geschwindigkeit auswählen: The turntable supports 33 1/3 RPM and 45 RPM. To change speed, manually move the drive belt to the appropriate step on the motor pulley. Use the 7" 45 RPM adaptor for singles.
- Ortsrekord: Carefully place your vinyl record onto the platter.
- Tonarm anheben: Verwenden Sie den Tonarmlifthebel, um den Tonarm anzuheben.
- Positionieren Sie den Abtaststift: Bewegen Sie den Tonarm vorsichtig über die gewünschte Startrille der Schallplatte.
- Unterer Tonarm: Senken Sie den Tonarm langsam mithilfe des Tonarmlifts ab. Die Nadel senkt sich auf die Schallplatte ab, und die Wiedergabe beginnt.
- Ende der Wiedergabe: At the end of the record, use the tonearm lift lever to raise the tonearm, then return it to its rest. Flip the power switch to 'Off'.

Wartung
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your turntable:
- Staubschutzhülle: Always use the dust cover when the turntable is not in use to protect it from dust and debris.
- Cleaning the Plinth: Wipe the plinth with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Reinigung des Stifts: Use a dedicated stylus brush or cleaning fluid to gently clean the stylus before or after each play. Brush from back to front.
- Bereinigung von Datensätzen: Keep your records clean using a record brush or a record cleaning machine to prevent dust from accumulating on the stylus.
- Riemeninspektion: Periodically inspect the drive belt for wear or stretching. Replace if necessary.
Fehlerbehebung
