1. Einleitung

The PeakTech P 2800A is a professional laser distance meter designed for precise and reliable measurements in various applications, including construction, architecture, and landscaping. 5. Einrichtung

5.1 Einlegen der Batterie

1. Suchen Sie die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs auf der Rückseite des Geräts.
2. Schieben oder lösen Sie den Deckel, um das Fach zu öffnen.
3. Insert two 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Schließen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel fest.

The device will automatically power on or can be powered on by pressing the MESS Taste.

6. Bedienungsanleitung

6.1 Ein-/Ausschalten

• Einschalten: Drücken Sie die MESS Taste.
• Ausschalten: Halten Sie die AUS/LÖSCHEN button for a few seconds, or the device will automatically power off after approximately 150 seconds of inactivity.

6.2 Maßeinheiten ändern

Drücken Sie die EINHEIT button repeatedly to cycle through the available units: meters (m), inches (in), and feet (ft).

6.3 Festlegung des Bezugspunktes

The device can measure from its front edge, rear edge, or the extended 90° flip-out stop. Press the Anhaltspunkt button to switch between these options. The current reference point is indicated on the display.

6.4 Einzeldistanzmessung

6.7 Volumenmessung

1. Drücken Sie die Fläche / Volumen button twice to enter volume measurement mode. An icon for volume will appear.
2. Messen Sie die Länge durch Drücken MESS.
3. Messen Sie die Breite durch Drücken MESS.
4. Messen Sie die Höhe durch Drücken MESS.
5. Das berechnete Volumen wird angezeigt.

6.8 Pythagoreische Messung (Indirekte Messung)

This function allows indirect measurement of heights or distances using the Pythagorean theorem. There are typically several modes (e.g., two-point, three-point). Refer to the on-screen icons for guidance.
