4. Einrichtung und Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your Hoffen Boat Flag Pole and Mount:
- Montageort bestimmen: Choose a suitable location on your boat rail. The mount is designed to fit both square and round rails with diameters between 22mm (7/8") and 25mm (1").
- Befestigen Sie den Clamp: Position the adjustable rail mount clamp around the chosen rail. Use the provided screws and spacers to secure the clamp firmly. Ensure the clamp is tight enough to prevent rotation but do not overtighten.
- Insert the Flag Pole: Slide the stainless steel flag pole into the opening of the secured clamp. Das Clamp allows for 360-degree adjustable directions, so you can orient the pole as desired.
- Secure the Flag:
- unfurl your flag.
- Locate the two solid brass grommets on the flag.
- Attach the flag grommets to the black plastic clamps and split clips located on the flag pole. Adjust the distance of the clips according to the flag size to ensure it hangs properly.
- Endkontrolle: Verify that the flag pole is securely mounted and the flag is properly attached and free to wave without obstruction.

5. Bedienungsanleitung
The Hoffen Boat Flag Pole is designed for straightforward operation:
- Flaggenanzeige: Once installed, the flag will fly freely. The pole's design allows for 360-degree rotation of the flag, adapting to wind direction.
- Changing Flags: The split clips make it easy to change or replace flags quickly. Simply unclip the current flag and attach a new one. This allows for customization with other flags such as dive flags or personal designs.
- Handheld-Verwendung: The flag pole can be detached from the rail mount for handheld use if desired.

6. Wartung
Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your flag pole:
