Installation
Professional installation is recommended. If you are not familiar with electrical wiring, consult a qualified electrician.
- Strom ausschalten: Locate the circuit breaker or fuse box that supplies power to the light fixture outlet. Turn off the power completely before proceeding.
- Montagefläche vorbereiten: Ensure the electrical box is securely mounted and capable of supporting the fixture's weight.
- Montageplatte anbringen: Secure the mounting plate to the electrical box using the provided screws. Ensure the plate is level.
- Elektrische Verbindungen herstellen: Carefully connect the fixture's wires to the household electrical wires:
- Verbinden Sie Schwarz (Live) wire from the fixture to the Schwarz (Live) wire from the electrical box using a wire nut.
- Verbinden Sie Weiß (Neutral) wire from the fixture to the Weiß (Neutral) wire from the electrical box using a wire nut.
- Verbinden Sie Grün or blankes Kupfer (Ground) wire from the fixture to the Grün or blankes Kupfer (Ground) wire from the electrical box, and to the ground screw on the mounting plate.
- Montagevorrichtung: Carefully align the fixture with the mounting plate and secure it using the provided screws. Do not overtighten.
- Glasschirme installieren: Gently place the white glass shades onto the fixture and secure them according to the design.
- Lampen installieren: Screw two E26 base, maximum 60-watt bulbs into the sockets. Do not overtighten.
- Strom wiederherstellen: Sobald die Installation abgeschlossen und alle Komponenten sicher befestigt sind, schalten Sie die Stromversorgung am Sicherungsautomaten oder Sicherungskasten wieder ein.

Betrieb
Once installed and powered, the EGLO Truxton 2-Light Bath/Vanity Light operates via your wall switch. If a compatible dimmer switch is installed, you can adjust the light intensity. Ensure the bulbs used are dimmable if you intend to use a dimmer.
Wartung
