1. Einleitung

4. Einrichtung und Installation

Before installation, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. This fixture requires assembly and ceiling mounting.

4.1 Benötigtes Werkzeug (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten)

• Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher
• Abisolierzangen
• Isolierband
• Leiter

4.2 Installationsschritte

1. Strom ausschalten: Locate the circuit breaker controlling the light fixture and turn it off.
2. Montageplatte vorbereiten: Attach the mounting plate to the junction box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
3. Kabellänge anpassen: The pendant cord length is adjustable from 10 to 58 inches. Determine the desired hanging height and adjust the cord accordingly. Secure any excess cord within the canopy or junction box.
4. Drahtverbindungen:
   • Connect the fixture's black wire to the house's black (live) wire.
   • Verbinden Sie den weißen Draht der Leuchte mit dem weißen (neutralen) Draht des Hauses.
   • Verbinden Sie den Erdungsdraht der Leuchte mit dem Erdungsdraht des Hauses (blankes Kupfer oder grün).

5. Baldachin montieren: Carefully push the canopy up to the ceiling, aligning the mounting holes with the screws on the mounting plate. Secure the canopy with the decorative nuts or screws.
6. Glühbirne einbauen: Screw in one 100W Type A (E26 base) incandescent bulb into the socket. Do not exceed the maximum wattage.
7. Strom wiederherstellen: Schalten Sie den Strom am Leistungsschalter wieder ein.

5. Bedienungsanleitung

The Canarm Arden pendant light operates via a standard wall switch (not included). Once installed and powered, simply use the wall switch to turn the light on or off. The fixture is designed for incandescent bulbs and features a touch control method, which typically refers to the type of switch it's compatible with, rather than an integrated touch sensor on the fixture itself.

4. Neue Glühbirne einbauen: Screw in a new 100W Type A (E26 base) incandescent bulb clockwise until snug. Do not overtighten.
5. Strom wiederherstellen: Schalten Sie den Strom am Leistungsschalter wieder ein.
