Einrichtung und erste Verwendung

1. Auspacken: Remove all packaging materials and ensure all parts are present.

4. Pumpe vorbereiten: Place a cup under the portafilter outlet (without coffee). Turn the rotary knob to the coffee symbol and press the coffee brewing button. Let water run through for about 30 seconds to prime the pump and rinse the system. Repeat for the steam wand by turning the knob to the steam symbol.

Bedienungsanleitung

Espresso zubereiten

1. Vorheizen: Turn on the machine using the ON/OFF button. Allow it to preheat for approximately 2-3 minutes until the indicator light is steady.
2. Siebträger vorbereiten: Insert the desired filter basket (single or double shot) into the portafilter. Fill with finely ground espresso coffee.

3. Tamp Kaffee: Verwenden Sie das tamper to press the coffee grounds firmly and evenly. Wipe any excess coffee from the rim.

5. Espresso zubereiten: Place one or two preheated cups under the portafilter spouts. Press the coffee brewing button. The machine will dispense espresso. Press the button again to stop brewing when the desired amount is reached.

6. Siebträger entfernen: After brewing, carefully remove the portafilter by turning it to the left. Discard the used coffee grounds.

1. Milch zubereiten: Fill a stainless steel frothing pitcher with cold milk (preferably whole milk) to about one-third full.
2. Steam aktivieren: Turn the rotary knob to the steam symbol. Wait for the steam indicator light to illuminate steadily.

4. Milch aufschäumen: Immerse the steam wand tip just below the surface of the milk. Open the steam valve slowly. Move the pitcher up and down to create foam. Once desired foam and temperature are reached, close the steam valve and remove the pitcher.

Tägliche Reinigung

Entkalkung

Depending on water hardness and frequency of use, descaling should be performed every 2-3 months. Use a commercial descaling agent suitable for espresso machines and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Always rinse the machine thoroughly with fresh water after descaling.
