5. Einrichtung

  1. Auspacken: Carefully remove the ILD-200 and all accessories from the carrying case.
  2. Laden des Akkus: Connect the charging cable to the device and a suitable USB power adapter. Allow the device to fully charge before first use. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
  3. Einschalten: Press and hold the 'ON/OFF' button until the screen illuminates. The device will undergo a warm-up sequence.
  4. Erstkalibrierung: The device performs automatic calibration during warm-up. Ensure it is in a clean, refrigerant-free environment during this process.

6. Bedienungsanleitung

The ILD-200 offers intuitive operation for efficient leak detection.

6.1 Grundlegende Bedienung:

  1. Sich warm laufen: After powering on, wait for the device to complete its warm-up cycle (approximately 30 seconds).
  2. Empfindlichkeit anpassen: Press the 'SENS' button to cycle through High (H), Medium (M), and Low (L) sensitivity settings. Start with High sensitivity for general scanning and reduce it to pinpoint leaks.
  3. Scan for Leaks: Slowly move the probe tip (approximately 1 inch per second) along the suspected leak area, keeping it close to the surface.
  4. Leak Indication: When a leak is detected, the device will emit an audible alarm and the visual display will show increased refrigerant concentration.
  5. Lecks aufspüren: Once a general leak area is identified, reduce the sensitivity and move the probe slowly in a crisscross pattern to pinpoint the exact leak source.
  6. Spitzenfunktion: Press the 'PEAK' button to mark the maximum leakage value detected, aiding in identifying the largest leak point in complex environments.
  7. Mute-Funktion: In noisy environments, press the 'MUTE' button to silence the audible alarm. Headphones can be connected for clearer audio feedback.

  • FCKW: R11, R12, R13, R502, R503 usw.
  • PFCs: PFC-14, PFC-116, PFC-218 usw.
  • HFOs: R-1234YF

7. Wartung

    • Inspect Gas Path: Verify the probe is not blocked, the air pump is functioning, and there are no pipeline leaks within the device. Replace the filter if dirty.
    • Review Betrieb: Ensure you are moving the probe at the correct speed and distance. Moving too fast or too far from the leak source can lead to missed detections or false alarms.
    • Core Component Failure: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, there might be a sensor damage or optical chamber deformation. The sensor may need replacement.
