Aufstellen
- Einlegen der Batterie: Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit. Insert one AAA battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.
- Erstplatzierung: Place the unit on a flat surface using the foldaway tabletop stand, or attach it to a metal surface (like a refrigerator) using the magnetic back.
- Einheitenauswahl: Press the °F/°C button on the back of the unit to select your preferred temperature unit (Fahrenheit or Celsius).

Lesen der Anzeige
The large LCD display shows current humidity (top), current temperature (middle), and the daily high/low records for both humidity and temperature (bottom).

Luftkomfortanzeige
The comfort level icon (smiley face) indicates the current air conditions:
- TROCKEN: Luftfeuchtigkeit unter 30 %
- KOMFORT: Humidity between 30% and 60%, and temperature between 68°F and 78.8°F (20°C and 26°C)
- NASS: Luftfeuchtigkeit über 60 %

Min/Max-Aufzeichnungen
The TP50 automatically records the highest and lowest temperature and humidity readings since the last reset. To clear the records, press and hold the "CLEAR" button on the back of the unit for 3 seconds.

Wartung

Ungenaue Messwerte
- Verlegung: Ensure the unit is placed away from direct sunlight, heat sources (like vents or appliances), and areas with high airflow (like open windows or fans) which can affect readings.
- Kalibrierung: While the TP50 is factory calibrated, significant discrepancies with other reliable instruments might indicate an issue. Ensure both devices are in the same stable environment for comparison.
Anzeige funktioniert nicht
- Batterie prüfen: Verify the battery is correctly installed and has sufficient charge. Replace with a new AAA battery if necessary.
- Zurücksetzen: Nehmen Sie den Akku heraus, warten Sie einige Sekunden und setzen Sie ihn dann wieder ein, um einen Soft-Reset durchzuführen.
