2. Sicherheitshinweise

4. Produktüberschreitungview
The SENCOR SWS 4250 Weather Station features a color LCD display for clear visibility of weather forecasts, indoor/outdoor temperature, humidity, time, and date. It supports up to three wireless outdoor sensors, with one included.

5. Einrichtung
5.1. Einlegen der Batterie
- Haupteinheit: Open the battery compartment on the back. Insert 3 x 1.5V AAA batteries (not included), observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.
- Außensensor: Open the battery compartment. Insert 2 x 1.5V AA batteries (not included), observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.
5.2. Stromversorgung des Hauptgeräts
Connect the provided DC 4.5V/150mA power adapter to the main unit's power input and then plug it into a wall outlet. The display will illuminate.
5.3. Sensorplatzierung und -synchronisation
Place the outdoor sensor in a shaded, dry location away from direct sunlight and rain, ensuring it is within 30 meters (open area) of the main unit. The main unit will automatically attempt to synchronize with the sensor. This may take a few minutes. Once connected, the outdoor temperature and humidity will appear on the display.
5.4. Montagemöglichkeiten
- Tischplatte: Use the integrated stand on the back of the main unit to place it on a flat surface.
- Wandhalterung: Use the hanging hole on the back of the main unit to mount it on a wall using a screw (not included).

6.1. Informationen anzeigen
The color LCD display shows the following information:
- Weather forecast icons (sunny, partly cloudy, cloudy, rain)

- Außentemperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit
- Digital time (12/24 hour format)
- Datum und Wochentag
6.2. Zeit- und Datumseinstellungen
The weather station automatically receives the DCF77 radio signal for accurate time and date synchronization. If the signal is not available or you prefer manual setting:
- Halten Sie die SATZ button (location may vary, refer to device markings) to enter manual time/date setting mode.
- Verwenden Sie die AUF/AB Schaltflächen zum Anpassen von Werten.
- Drücken SATZ again to confirm and move to the next setting (e.g., hour, minute, year, month, day, 12/24 hour format).
6.3. Auswahl der Temperatureinheit
Drücken Sie die ° C / ° F button (location may vary) to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature display.
6.4. Managing Additional Sensors
The SWS 4250 supports up to three outdoor sensors. To add additional sensors (purchased separately):

7.2. Batteriewechsel
Replace batteries in both the main unit and the sensor when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Always replace all batteries in a set with new ones of the same type.
7.3. Speicherung
If the device will not be used for an extended period, remove all batteries to prevent leakage and store the unit in a cool, dry place.
