5. Wartungsverfahren

5.1. Motoröl- und Ölfilterwechsel

1. Warm up the engine slightly to allow oil to drain easily.
2. Place a suitable drain pan beneath the engine oil drain plug.

4. Replace the drain plug, ensuring it is tightened to the manufacturer's specified torque.
5. Locate the old oil filter. Use an oil filter wrench to loosen and remove it. Be prepared for residual oil to spill.
6. Apply a thin coat of new engine oil to the gasket of the new Yanmar oil filter.
7. Install the new oil filter by hand until the gasket makes contact, then tighten an additional 1/2 to 3/4 turn, or as specified in your equipment manual.
8. Refill the engine with the specified amount of Yanmar Engine Oil through the oil fill cap.
9. Check the oil level using the dipstick. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes, then shut it off and recheck the oil level, adding more if necessary.

5.2. Kraftstofffilterwechsel

1. Ensure the fuel supply valve is closed to prevent fuel leakage.
2. Place a rag or container beneath the fuel filter to catch any spilled fuel.
3. Loosen and remove the old fuel filter. Note the orientation of the filter if it has an arrow indicating flow.
4. Apply a thin coat of clean fuel or oil to the gasket of the new Yanmar fuel filter.
5. Install the new fuel filter by hand until the gasket makes contact, then tighten an additional 1/2 to 3/4 turn, or as specified.
6. Open the fuel supply valve. Bleed any air from the fuel system as per your equipment's manual (this may involve priming the fuel pump or loosening a bleed screw).
7. Start the engine and check for any fuel leaks around the new filter.

5.3. Hydraulic Filter and O-ring Replacement

1. Ensure the hydraulic system is cool and depressurized.
2. Locate the hydraulic filter housing. Place a drain pan underneath to catch hydraulic fluid.
3. Remove the housing cover or the filter itself, depending on your model.
4. Remove the old hydraulic filter and the old O-ring.
5. Clean the filter housing thoroughly.
6. Install the new Yanmar hydraulic filter and replace the O-ring with the new one provided in the kit. Lubricate the O-ring with clean hydraulic fluid.
7. Reassemble the housing, tightening to the specified torque.
8. Check the hydraulic fluid level and top up if necessary with the correct type of hydraulic fluid (not included in this kit).
9. Start the engine and operate the hydraulic functions briefly to circulate fluid, then recheck for leaks and fluid level.

5.4. Luftfilterwechsel

1. Locate the air filter housing, typically near the engine.
2. Unlatch or unbolt the housing cover and carefully remove the old air filter element.
3. Clean the inside of the air filter housing, removing any dust or debris. Do not use compressed air on the new filter element.
4. Insert the new Yanmar air filter element, ensuring it is seated correctly.
5. Reattach the housing cover securely.
