2. Sicherheitshinweise

WARNING: Operating a generator can be hazardous. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in serious injury or death.

• Kohlenmonoxidgefahr: Never operate the generator indoors or in enclosed spaces. Generators produce carbon monoxide, an odorless, colorless, and deadly gas. Use outdoors only, far away from windows, doors, and vents.
• Stromschlaggefahr: Do not operate the generator in wet conditions. Ensure all electrical connections are dry and properly grounded. Use only approved extension cords that are rated for outdoor use and the generator's power output.

4. Einrichtung

4.1 Initial Assembly (if applicable)

If you have purchased the optional wheel and handle kit, follow the instructions provided with that kit for assembly. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened.

4.2 Motoröl nachfüllen

The generator is shipped without engine oil. It is crucial to add the correct amount and type of oil before the first start-up.

3. Remove the cap/dipstick and slowly add the recommended engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.

4.3 Kraftstoff nachfüllen

Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Do not use E85 fuel.

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Generatormotor ausgeschaltet und abgekühlt ist.
2. Öffnen Sie den Tankdeckel.
3. Carefully pour gasoline into the fuel tank, avoiding spills. Do not fill above the red indicator line or the bottom of the filler neck. The tank capacity is 4 gallons.

4.4 Erdung des Generators

For safety, the generator must be properly grounded. Connect a grounding wire (not included) from the grounding nut on the control panel to an appropriate ground source, such as a ground rod.

5. Bedienungsanleitung

5.1 Kontrollen vor dem Start

• Motorölstand prüfen.
• Kraftstoffstand prüfen.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle elektrischen Geräte vom Generator getrennt sind.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Generator auf einer ebenen, stabilen Fläche im Freien und in ausreichendem Abstand zu jeglichen Gebäuden steht.

5.2 Motor starten

1. Drehen Sie den Kraftstoffhahn in die Position „EIN“.
2. Den Chokehebel in die Position „CHOKE“ bringen (wenn der Motor kalt ist).
3. Flip the engine switch to the 'ON' position.
4. Pull the recoil starter handle firmly and steadily until the engine starts. Do not let the rope snap back.

5.5 Abstellen des Motors

1. Unplug all electrical devices from the generator.
