Aufstellen
1. Einlegen der Batterie
Botley 2.0 requires 5 AAA batteries (not included): 3 for Botley and 2 for the remote programmer. Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity (+/-) as indicated in the battery compartments.
2. Assembling Botley
Attach the detachable robot arms to Botley by aligning the pegs on the arms with the corresponding holes on Botley's sides. You can also customize Botley's appearance with different facemasks (if included in your specific set).

3. Setting Up the Play Area
Use the double-sided tiles to create paths for Botley to follow. The tiles feature black lines on one side for line-following mode and circuit patterns on the other for coding challenges. Arrange the obstacle building pieces to create mazes or targets for Botley to interact with.

Bedienungsanleitung
1. Remote Programmer Overview
The remote programmer is your primary tool for interacting with Botley. It features directional buttons (forward, backward, left, right), a transmit button, and special function buttons for lights, sounds, and clearing programs.

2. Coding Modes
Botley 2.0 supports two main modes: Code Mode and Line Mode. A switch on Botley's underside allows you to select the desired mode.
- Code Mode: In this mode, you program Botley's movements using the remote programmer. Enter a sequence of up to 150 steps. Press the transmit button to send the program to Botley. Botley will execute the sequence of commands.
- Linienmodus: In this mode, Botley will automatically follow any black line on the included tiles. Place Botley on a black line, and it will detect and follow the path.
3. Erweiterte Funktionen
- Objekterkennung: Botley features advanced object detection technology. You can program Botley to react to objects in its path, allowing for more complex coding challenges.
- Lichtshow: Botley's eyes light up, and you can program various light patterns and colors. This feature is especially fun for playing in the dark.
