1. Sicherheitshinweise
Please read all safety instructions before operating your new Frigidaire Retro Compact Fridge. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Elektrische Sicherheit: Ensure the refrigerator is plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet. Do not remove the grounding prong. Do not use an adapter.

3. Einrichtung
3.1 Auspacken
- Carefully remove all packaging materials, including the base and any tape.
- Inspect the refrigerator for any shipping damage. If damage is found, contact your retailer immediately.
- Remove all internal packing materials, including shelves and accessories.

3.2 Platzierung
- Choose a location with a strong, level floor capable of supporting the refrigerator when fully loaded.
- Ensure there is at least 5 inches of space on the sides and back, and 10 inches on top for proper air circulation.
- Avoid placing the unit near heat sources (stoves, heaters) or in direct sunlight.
- For optimal performance, allow the refrigerator to stand upright and unplugged for at least 24 hours before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle.

3.3 Nivellierung
The refrigerator has adjustable leveling legs at the front. Turn the legs clockwise to raise the unit or counter-clockwise to lower it. Ensure the refrigerator is level to prevent vibrations and ensure proper door sealing.
4. Bedienungsanleitung
4.1 Temperaturregelung
The temperature control dial is located inside the refrigerator compartment. Turn the dial to adjust the cooling intensity. Higher numbers indicate colder temperatures. Start with a medium setting and adjust as needed.
4.2 Kühlfach
The chiller compartment is designed for short-term storage of frozen items and for making ice. An ice cube tray is included. Do not use this compartment for long-term freezing of food.

5. Wartung
5.1 Reinigung
- Trennen Sie den Kühlschrank vor der Reinigung immer vom Netz.
- Clean the interior and exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Wipe down door gaskets regularly to ensure a tight seal.
- Clean the condenser coils at the back of the unit periodically (every 6-12 months) to maintain efficiency.
5.2 Auftauen
This unit features automatic defrost for the main refrigerator compartment. The chiller compartment may accumulate frost and require manual defrosting. To defrost the chiller compartment:
- Remove all items from the chiller compartment.
- Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
- Leave the chiller compartment door open to allow frost to melt naturally. Place a towel at the bottom to catch water.
- Once defrosted, wipe dry and plug the unit back in.
