Einführung
The Clean Machine by SIMPSON is a fully assembled, lightweight, and easy-to-store gas pressure washer designed for powerful residential cleaning. Aufstellen
Before operating your pressure washer, ensure proper setup for safety and optimal performance.
Auspacken und Zusammenbau
- Entnehmen Sie vorsichtig alle Komponenten aus der Verpackung.
- Ensure all parts listed in the 'Your Complete Kit' diagram are present.
- Attach the spray gun and lance securely.
- Verbinden Sie den Hochdruckschlauch mit dem Pumpenausgang und der Spritzpistole.

Initial Fluid Checks
- Motoröl: Add the included engine oil to the crankcase before first use. Refer to the engine manual for exact capacity and type.
- Kraftstoff: Füllen Sie den Kraftstofftank mit frischem, bleifreiem Benzin.
Wasseranschluss
- Connect a garden hose to the water inlet on the pump.
- Drehen Sie die Wasserzufuhr vollständig auf.
- Before starting the engine, remove the nozzle from the spray wand and squeeze the trigger to purge air from the pump and high-pressure hose. This may take a few minutes.

Bedienungsanleitung

Starten des Motors
- Ensure the fuel valve is open and the throttle is in the 'Fast' position.
- Bei kaltem Motor den Choke betätigen.
- Den Motorschalter auf „EIN“ stellen.
- Ziehen Sie den Seilzugstarterhebel fest, bis der Motor anspringt.
- Nach dem Starten den Choke (falls vorhanden) allmählich öffnen.
Nozzle Selection and Application
The pressure washer comes with 4 Quick Connect nozzle tips, each designed for specific cleaning applications:
- 0° (Rot): Strongest, pinpoint stream for tough, concentrated cleaning. Use with extreme caution.
- 15° (Gelb): Heavy-duty cleaning and stripping. Ideal for removing stubborn dirt.
- 40° (Weiß): Soft touch for delicate surfaces. Suitable for general cleaning and rinsing.
- Seife (Schwarz): Low pressure for detergent application.

Always start cleaning from a distance and move closer to the surface as needed to avoid damage. The pressure washer is effective for cleaning patios, decks, driveways, walkways, house exteriors, fences, vehicles, and RVs.

Wartung
Regelmäßige Wartung gewährleistet die Langlebigkeit und optimale Leistung Ihres Hochdruckreinigers.
- Motoröl: Check engine oil level before each use and change according to the engine manual's recommendations.
- Luftfilter: Überprüfen und reinigen Sie den Luftfilter regelmäßig. Ersetzen Sie ihn, falls er beschädigt ist.
- Zündkerze: Check and clean the spark plug periodically. Replace if worn.
- Kraftstoffsystem: Use fresh fuel and consider a fuel stabilizer for storage periods longer than 30 days.
- Pumpe: Flush the pump with a pump protector or non-toxic antifreeze before storing for extended periods, especially in freezing temperatures.
- Düsen: Clean clogged nozzles with a small wire or nozzle cleaning tool.

- Motor springt nicht an:
- Kraftstoffstand prüfen.
- Ensure engine switch is 'ON'.
- Verify spark plug connection.
- Check for proper choke setting.
- Niedriger Druck:
- Ensure water supply is fully open.
- Check for kinks in the garden hose or high-pressure hose.
- Clean or replace clogged nozzle.
- Inspect water inlet filter for debris.
- Pulsierender Druck:
- Check for air in the pump (purge system).
