Einführung

The Sonos Arc is a premium smart soundbar designed to bring realistic, immersive sound to your TV, movies, and music. Featuring Dolby Atmos support, it delivers a 3D audio experience that fills your room. Control is seamless through your TV remote, voice commands, the Sonos app, and Apple AirPlay 2.

1. Platzierung

Place the Sonos Arc on a stable, flat surface in front of your TV, ensuring it is not obstructed. For optimal Dolby Atmos performance, ensure there is clear overhead space for the upward-firing speakers. Alternatively, the Arc can be wall-mounted below your TV.

2. Verbindungen

Connect the Sonos Arc to your TV using the provided HDMI cable. For the best audio quality, use your TV's HDMI eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) port. If your TV only has an HDMI ARC port or no ARC support, use the included optical audio adapter.

3. Sonos App Setup

Fehlerbehebung

Kein Ton

• Check that the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the Arc and your TV's eARC/ARC port.
• Verify your TV's audio output settings are configured to external speakers or HDMI ARC/eARC.
• Ensure the Arc is powered on and the status light is solid white.

Verbindungsprobleme

• Restart your router and the Sonos Arc.
• Ensure the Arc is within range of your Wi-Fi network.
• If issues persist, try connecting the Arc directly to your router via an Ethernet cable.

Werksrücksetzung
