5. Einrichtung

5.1 Laden des Akkus

• Insert the 20V 4.0Ah Lithium-ion battery into the fast charger.
• Plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet (Type C - Two round pins, French type).
• The LED indicator on the battery will show the charging status. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.

5.2 Anbringen des Hilfsgriffs

• The auxiliary handle can be attached in multiple positions (left, right, or top) for optimal comfort and control.
• Screw the rubber auxiliary handle firmly into the desired threaded hole on the grinder head.

5.3 Installing/Changing Discs and Protective Guards

• Always ensure the battery is removed before changing discs or guards.

• Select the appropriate protective guard for your task (cutting or grinding). The guards feature a quick-change mechanism.
• Attach the guard by aligning it with the grinder head and snapping it into place. Ensure it is securely fastened and does not tilt.

6. Bedienungsanleitung

6.1 Ein-/Ausschalten

• Setzen Sie den geladenen Akku in das Akkufach ein, bis er einrastet.
• To start the grinder, locate the switch in the middle-top position. Push the switch to the right, then push it upwards. This two-step operation is a safety feature to prevent accidental startup.
• To turn off the grinder, simply release the switch.

6.2 Schleif- und Schneidtechniken

• Hold the grinder firmly with both hands, using the auxiliary handle for stability.
• Allow the disc to reach full speed (7500 rpm) before contacting the workpiece.
• For grinding, apply light, even pressure and move the grinder smoothly across the surface.
• For cutting, make shallow passes, gradually increasing the depth. Do not force the tool.
• If the machine stops due to excessive pressure, immediately turn off the switch, remove the pressure, and restart the machine.
