Montage

1. Rührschüssel anbringen: Place the 3.5-quart stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base of the mixer. Align the grooves on the bottom of the bowl with the corresponding slots on the mixer base. Twist the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place. You should feel it latch in and it will not move freely.
2. Install the Attachments: Press the 'TILT' button located on the side of the mixer head to raise the motor head. Select either the mixer beaters or dough hooks based on your recipe. Insert the shafts of the attachments into the openings on the underside of the motor head. Push firmly until you hear a distinct clicking sound, indicating they are securely locked.
