Einrichtung und Montage

Befolgen Sie diese Schritte, um Ihren Fleischwolf vor dem Gebrauch korrekt zusammenzubauen:

1. Ensure the motor unit is unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Insert the grinding head into the opening on the front of the motor unit. Rotate it counter-clockwise until it locks securely into place.
3. Insert the auger into the grinding head, ensuring the square end fits into the drive shaft of the motor unit.
4. Place the cutting blade onto the square shaft of the auger, with the sharp edges facing outwards towards the grinding plate.
5. Select the desired grinding plate (fine, medium, or coarse) and place it over the cutting blade and auger shaft.

7. Place the food tray onto the top of the grinding head.
8. Position a bowl or container under the grinding head outlet to collect the ground food.

Bedienungsanleitung

Before operating, ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and all safety precautions are observed.

1. Essen zubereiten: Cut meat into pieces that fit easily into the feeding tube (approximately 2-3 cm cubes). Remove any bones, gristle, or tough tendons.
2. Einstecken: Stecken Sie das Netzkabel in eine geeignete Steckdose (230 V Wechselstrom).
3. Beginnen Sie mit dem Schleifen: Drehen Sie den Netzschalter in die Position „EIN“.
4. Feed Food: Place the prepared food into the food tray. Use the food pusher to gently guide the food into the grinding head. Benutzen Sie niemals Ihre Finger oder andere Küchenutensilien, um Lebensmittel hineinzuschieben.
5. Dauerbetrieb: Do not operate the grinder continuously for more than 10 minutes. Allow the motor to cool down for at least 10 minutes before resuming operation.
6. Reverse Function (if available): If the grinder becomes clogged, switch the appliance off, then switch to the 'Reverse' (R) position for a few seconds to clear the blockage. Then switch off again before attempting to grind.
7. Feinschliff: Once all food has been processed, turn the power switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the appliance.

Note: While the product is primarily a meat grinder, some models may include attachments for other food processing tasks, such as shredding, as shown in the example below. Always refer to your specific model's included accessories.

Reinigung und Wartung

Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and prolongs the life of your appliance. Always unplug the grinder before cleaning.

1. Demontage: Turn the fixing ring counter-clockwise to remove it. Carefully remove the grinding plate, cutting blade, auger, and grinding head.
2. Teile reinigen: Wash all removable parts (grinding head, auger, blade, grinding plates, food tray, food pusher) in warm, soapy water. Use a brush to remove any food residue from the holes of the grinding plates.
3. Spülen und Trocknen: Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water. Dry them immediately and completely to prevent rust, especially the metal components.
4. Motorblock: Wischen Sie die Motoreinheit mitamp Tuch. Never immerse the motor unit in water or place it under running water.
5. Zusammenbau: Once all parts are dry, reassemble the grinder in reverse order of disassembly.
6. Lagerung: Store the assembled or disassembled grinder in a clean, dry place.
