5. Einrichtung

5.1 Laden der Batterie

The JUEMEL KZH 1 comes with two 1500mAh Li-ion batteries. Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use.

1. Connect the fast charger to a standard electrical outlet.
2. Schieben Sie den Akku auf das Ladegerät. Achten Sie darauf, dass er hörbar einrastet.
3. The red light on the charger indicates that the battery is charging.
4. The green light indicates that the battery is fully charged. The charger lights will turn from red to green when charging is complete.

5.2 Ein- und Ausbau der Batterie

• Entfernung: Press the battery release button (usually located on the sides of the battery pack) and slide the battery pack out of the drill handle.

5.3 Einsetzen und Entfernen von Bohrern/Zubehör

1. Ensure the drill is off and the forward/reverse switch is in the center (locked) position to prevent accidental starting.
2. Rotate the keyless chuck counter-clockwise until the jaws are open wide enough to insert the desired bit.
3. Setzen Sie den Bohrer vollständig in das Bohrfutter ein.
4. Drehen Sie das Bohrfutter im Uhrzeigersinn, um die Backen fest um den Bohrer zu fixieren. Ziehen Sie es handfest an.

6.1 Geschwindigkeit auswählen

  • Position 1 (Niedrige Geschwindigkeit): 0-450 RPM. Ideal for driving screws, larger drilling diameters, or applications requiring higher torque.
  • Position 2 (Hohe Geschwindigkeit): 0-1450 RPM. Suitable for smaller drilling diameters and applications requiring faster rotation.

6.2 Drehmoment einstellen

The torque adjustment collar allows you to set the amount of rotational force before the clutch disengages, preventing over-driving screws or damaging the workpiece.

• Rotate the torque adjustment collar to select one of the 18 torque settings or the drill mode.
• Lower settings (1-5) are for small screws or soft materials.
• Medium settings (6-12) are for medium screws or materials.
• Higher settings (13-18) are for larger screws or harder materials.
• The drill symbol setting is for drilling applications, providing maximum torque without clutch disengagement.

6.3 Vorwärts-/Rückwärtsbetrieb

• Push the forward/reverse switch to the left for forward rotation (drilling/driving screws).
• Push the forward/reverse switch to the right for reverse rotation (removing screws/backing out bits).
