3. Einrichtung
3.1 Auspacken und Aufstellen
Carefully remove the printer from its packaging. Place the printer on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation. Ensure there is enough space around the printer for opening covers and accessing ports.
3.2 Medien laden (Beschriftungen)
- Open the top cover of the printer by pulling the release latches on both sides.
- Insert the label roll onto the media supply spindle, ensuring the labels feed from the bottom of the roll.
- Place the spindle with the label roll into the media compartment.
- Pull the leading edge of the labels forward, under the media guides, until it extends past the print head.
- Adjust the media guides to fit the width of your labels snugly, without pinching them.
- Close the top cover firmly until it latches.

3.3 Stromversorgung anschließen
Connect the power adapter to the printer's power port, then plug the power cord into the adapter and a suitable electrical outlet. The power LED on the printer should illuminate.
3.4 Connecting to Computer and Driver Installation
Connect the USB cable from the printer's USB port to an available USB port on your computer. Insert the provided driver CD into your computer's CD-ROM drive and follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer drivers. The print head should be cleaned regularly, especially if print quality degrades or lines appear on labels. Use a lint-free cloth or a print head cleaning pen moistened with isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe across the print head surface. Allow it to dry completely before closing the cover and powering on.
5.2 Reinigung der Walzenplatte
The platen roller (the rubber roller that feeds the labels) can accumulate dust and adhesive residue. Clean it with a lint-free cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol. Rotate the roller manually to clean its entire surface.
