4. Installation

This door knob is designed for easy installation. A long No.2 Phillips screwdriver is typically the only tool required.

Important Pre-Installation Steps:

• Remove Preinstalled Screws: The machine screws come preinstalled in the handle. Remove them before starting the installation process.
• Keyhole Orientation: During installation, ensure the keyhole on the exterior knob is oriented correctly (key in the 'as shown' position) to prevent the key from getting stuck.
• Lock Tailpiece Alignment: Make sure the lock tailpiece and the thumb-turn knob are at the same level. Insert the lock tailpiece into the slot behind the thumb-turn knob.

5. Bedienung

The keyed entry door knob provides security and privacy for your door.

6. Wartung

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and smooth operation of your door knob.
