4. Aufbau und Montage
Follow these steps to assemble your himaly Mini Exercise Bike:
- Bringen Sie die Stabilisierungsstangen an:
Securely attach the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main unit using the provided screws and installation tool. Ensure they are firmly tightened to provide a stable base.

- Pedale montieren:
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The pedals are marked. Screw the pedals into their respective crank arms. Turn the right pedal clockwise and the left pedal counter-clockwise. Tighten them securely with the installation tool.

Open the battery compartment on the back of the LCD display and insert the provided AA battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Position the Anti-slip Mat:
Place the anti-slip mat under the exercise bike to enhance stability and prevent movement during use.

5. Bedienungsanleitung
5.1 Using the Exercise Bike
The himaly Mini Exercise Bike can be used for both arm and leg exercises. Sit comfortably in a chair and place your feet on the pedals for leg exercises, or place the unit on a table for arm exercises.

5.2 Widerstand einstellen
The exercise bike features adjustable resistance to suit various fitness levels and rehabilitation needs. Turn the resistance knob located on the front of the unit clockwise to increase resistance and counter-clockwise to decrease it. There are multiple levels of resistance available.
5.3 LCD-Anzeigefunktionen
The integrated LCD display tracks your workout data. Press the red button to cycle through different display modes:
- SCAN: Durchläuft automatisch alle Funktionen.
- ZEIT: Zeigt die Dauer Ihres aktuellen Trainings an.
- DIS (Distanz): Zeigt die geschätzte zurückgelegte Strecke an.
- ZÄHLEN: Counts the number of rotations (pedal strokes).
- T-COUNT (Gesamtanzahl): Displays the total accumulated rotations since the last reset.
- KALORIEN: Schätzt den Kalorienverbrauch während des Trainings.
To reset the display values, press and hold the red button for a few seconds.

6. Wartung
- Reinigung: Wischen Sie das Gerät mitamp Tuch. Keine Scheuer- oder Lösungsmittel verwenden.
- Lagerung: Store the exercise bike in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Inspektion: Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig alle Schrauben, Muttern und beweglichen Teile auf festen Sitz und Verschleiß. Ziehen Sie lose Bauteile fest.
- Batteriewechsel: Replace the AA battery in the LCD display when the screen becomes dim or unresponsive.
