Aufstellen

1. Auspacken und Erstinspektion

2. Anbringen des Schutzes

Securely attach the cutting guard to the trimmer head using the provided hardware. Ensure it is firmly in place before operation.

3. Battery Installation (Batteries Sold Separately)

Insert a fully charged WORX Power Share PRO 40V battery (e.g., WA3012 or WA3571) into the battery port until it clicks into place. To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery out.

4. Adjusting the Auxiliary Handle

Loosen the knob on the auxiliary handle. Adjust the handle to a comfortable position that allows for balanced operation and secure grip. Tighten the knob firmly.

5. Driveshare Attachment Connection

The Driveshare system allows for quick attachment changes. Align the attachment with the main shaft and push until it locks securely. Ensure the connection is firm before use.

Bedienungsanleitung

1. Starten und Stoppen

To start the trimmer, press the safety lock-off button and then squeeze the trigger. To stop, release the trigger.

2. Variable Speed Control and ECO-Mode

The trimmer features variable speed control. Apply more pressure to the trigger for higher speed. For extended battery life and lighter tasks, engage the ECO-mode button.

3. Trimmen

Hold the trimmer firmly with both hands. Maintain a comfortable distance from the cutting head. Move the trimmer in a sweeping motion across the area to be trimmed. Avoid hitting hard surfaces or objects.

4. Kantenbearbeitungsfunktion

The trimmer head can be pivoted for edging. Unlock the head, rotate it 90 degrees, and lock it back into position. Use the integrated wheel (if applicable) to guide the trimmer along edges for a clean finish.

5. Command Feed Line Advancement

To advance the trimmer line, simply press the Command Feed button located on the handle. The trimmer will automatically feed the correct amount of line.

6. Using Driveshare Attachments

Your WG186.9 is Driveshare attachment capable. To use other attachments (sold separately), ensure the trimmer is off and the battery is removed. Disconnect the string trimmer head and connect the desired Driveshare attachment. Follow the specific instructions provided with each attachment.

Wartung

1. Reinigung

After each use, ensure the trimmer is off and the battery is removed. Clean the cutting head and guard of any grass clippings or debris using a brush or cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.

2. Trimmerfaden-Ersatz

Your trimmer features an Easy-Load head. To replace the line, ensure the trimmer is off and the battery is removed. Follow the instructions provided with your replacement trimmer line spool for proper installation. The cutting line length is 20 ft. and the line diameter is 0.095 in.

3. Batteriepflege

Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not store batteries in a discharged state. Charge batteries fully before storage and periodically during long storage periods.

Fehlerbehebung

  • Trimmer does not start: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Check that the safety lock-off button is pressed before squeezing the trigger.
  • Trimmer line does not advance: Check if the line spool is empty or tangled. Ensure the Command Feed button is pressed correctly.
