Hauptbestandteile:

• Bedienfeld: Located on the top, with digital display and touch buttons.

4. Einrichtung

4.1 Auspacken

1. Nehmen Sie das Gerät vorsichtig aus der Verpackung.
2. Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial.
3. Inspect the device for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.

4.2 Platzierung

For optimal performance, place the dehumidifier in a location that allows for proper airflow.

• Ensure at least 20 cm (8 inches) of clear space around all sides of the unit.
• Place the unit on a firm, level surface to prevent vibrations and noise.

5. Bedienungsanleitung

5.1 Systemsteuerung

Über das Bedienfeld können Sie alle Funktionen des Luftentfeuchters steuern.

• Netzschalter: Schaltet das Gerät ein/aus.
• Modus-Taste: Cycles through operating modes (Auto, Continuous, Laundry Drying, Night Mode).
• Tasten zur Feuchtigkeitsregulierung (+/-): Passt den Zielwert der Luftfeuchtigkeit an.
• Timer-Taste: Legt den automatischen Ein- oder Ausschalttimer fest.
• Lüftergeschwindigkeitstaste: Adjusts fan speed (if available).
• Anzeige: Zeigt die aktuelle Luftfeuchtigkeit, die Ziel-Luftfeuchtigkeit oder die Timer-Einstellungen an.
• LED-Anzeige: Changes color based on ambient humidity levels.

5.2 Einstellen der Zielfeuchtigkeit

In Auto mode, you can set your desired humidity level:

1. Press the Mode button until Auto mode is selected.
2. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the target humidity between 30% and 80% relative humidity.
3. Das Gerät arbeitet automatisch, um die eingestellte Luftfeuchtigkeit aufrechtzuerhalten.

5.3-Betriebsmodi

• Automatik-Modus: Maintains a user-defined humidity level.
• Kontinuierliche Entfeuchtung: Runs continuously regardless of humidity level. Ideal for very damp Umgebungen.
• Wäschetrocknungsmodus: Operates at high fan speed for continuous dehumidification to assist in drying clothes.
• Nachtmodus: Operates at a lower fan speed for quieter operation, suitable for bedrooms.

5.4 Timer-Funktion

The timer can be set for automatic switch-on or switch-off:

1. Drücken Sie die Timer-Taste.
2. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to set the desired operating hours (1-24 hours).
3. The timer will activate after a few seconds if no further input is made.

5.5 Wassertank und kontinuierliche Entwässerung

The unit features a 2.5-liter water tank. When full, the unit will automatically shut off and an indicator light will illuminate.

Entleeren des Wassertanks:

1. Carefully pull out the water tank from the rear of the unit.
2. Schütte das gesammelte Wasser aus.
3. Schieben Sie den Tank wieder an seinen Platz, bis er sicher einrastet.

Continuous Drainage Setup:

For continuous operation without emptying the tank, connect a hose to the drainage outlet.

1. Suchen Sie den durchgehenden Wasserablauf an der Rückseite des Geräts.
2. Connect a suitable hose (not included) to this outlet.
3. Ensure the hose is directed downwards to a drain or container, allowing gravity to facilitate water flow.

6. Wartung

Regelmäßige Wartung gewährleistet die Langlebigkeit und Effizienz Ihres Luftentfeuchters.

6.1 Reinigung des Vorfilters

The pre-filter captures larger particles like dust and pet hair and should be cleaned regularly.

1. Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz.
2. Remove the air inlet grille at the back of the unit.
3. Den Vorfilter vorsichtig entfernen.
4. Clean the pre-filter with a vacuum cleaner or rinse it under running water. Allow it to dry completely before reinserting.
5. Reinstall the pre-filter and the air inlet grille.

6.2 HEPA-Filter austauschen

The HEPA filter removes fine particles and should be replaced periodically (typically every 6-12 months, depending on usage and air quality).

1. Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz.
2. Remove the air inlet grille and the pre-filter as described above.
3. Den alten HEPA-Filter vorsichtig entfernen.
4. Insert a new, genuine TROTEC HEPA filter.
5. Reinstall the pre-filter and the air inlet grille.

6.3 Reinigen des Wassertanks

Reinigen Sie den Wassertank regelmäßig, um Schimmel- und Bakterienbildung vorzubeugen.

1. Entfernen und leeren Sie den Wassertank.
