2. Einrichtung und Anschlüsse
2.1 Auspacken und Prüfen
Carefully remove the synthesizer from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during transit. Retain the original packaging for future transport or storage.
2.2 Stromanschluss
Connect the provided power adapter to the DC IN port on the rear panel of the TD-3-MO-AM. Plug the adapter into a suitable power outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting power.
2.3 Audioausgang
Connect the AUDIO OUT jack (typically a 1/4" TS or TRS jack, though not explicitly listed in specs, common for synths) on the rear panel to your mixer, audio interface, or amplifier using a standard audio cable. For headphone monitoring, use the PHONES output.
2.4 MIDI- und USB-Anschlüsse
The TD-3-MO-AM supports MIDI and USB connectivity for integration with other musical equipment or a computer.
- MIDI IN/OUT: Use standard 5-pin DIN MIDI cables to connect to other MIDI devices for sequencing or control.
- USB: Connect the USB-A port (as per specifications) to your computer for MIDI over USB and firmware updates.
2.5 CV/Gate-Anschlüsse
The synthesizer features various CV (Control Voltage) and Gate inputs/outputs for integration with modular synthesizers and other analog gear.
- ACCENT IN, SLIDE IN, GATE IN, CV IN: These inputs allow external control over corresponding parameters.
- SYNC IN, ACCENT OUT, GATE OUT, CV OUT, FILTER OUT: These outputs provide control signals to other devices.
3. Grundlegende Bedienung
3.1 Ein-/Ausschalten
To power on, ensure all connections are secure, then flip the power switch to the ON position. To power off, flip the switch to the OFF position and disconnect the power adapter.
3.2 Sound Generation Basics
The TD-3-MO-AM generates sound using an analog oscillator. Adjust the MELODIE, CUTOFF, RESONANZ, UMSCHLAG, VERFALL, Und AKZENT knobs to shape the sound. The WELLE switch selects between sawtooth and square waveforms.
3.3 Sequenzerbetrieb
The built-in 16-step sequencer allows for programming bass lines. Use the MODUS switch to select between WRITE and PLAY modes. In WRITE mode, you can input notes and parameters for each step. In PLAY mode, the sequencer will playback the programmed pattern.
- SCHREIBEN: For creating and editing patterns.
- ABSPIELEN: For playing back patterns.
- TRK/PATT: Selects between Track and Pattern modes for sequencing.
Passen Sie die TEMPO knob to control the playback speed of the sequencer.
3.4 Arpeggiator
The arpeggiator can generate rhythmic patterns from held notes. Refer to the detailed manual for specific arpeggiator modes and controls.
3.5 Filter and Overdrive
The 4-pole resonant lowpass filter is a key component of the TD-3-MO-AM's sound. Use the CUTOFF Und RESONANZ knobs to sculpt the tone. The OVERDRIVE control adds distortion and grit to the sound.
4. Wartung
4.1 Reinigung
To clean the unit, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents. Avoid spraying liquids directly onto the unit.
