1. Einleitung

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your Belifu 4-Channel TENS EMS Unit. This device is designed to provide temporary relief of pain associated with sore and aching muscles due to strain from exercise or normal household and work activities. It also helps in muscle management through electrical muscle stimulation (EMS).

2. Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise

WARNING: Do not use this device if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other implanted metallic or electronic device. Such use could cause electric shock, burns, electrical interference, or death.

• Not suitable for pregnant women and individuals with hypertension.
• Do not apply stimulation over the carotid sinus nerves (front of the neck), across the chest, or over the eyes.

• When using lead wires with 4 buttons (2 white and 2 blue), ensure at least one white pad and one blue pad are attached to your skin. The blue wire is paired with the white wire. Failure to do so may prevent intensity adjustment.
• This device provides temporary pain relief. It does not cure underlying conditions. Individual results may vary.

5. Einrichtung

5.1 Aufladen des Geräts

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port located at the top of the device.
2. Stecken Sie das andere Ende des USB-Kabels in ein kompatibles USB-Netzteil (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) oder in einen USB-Anschluss Ihres Computers.

5.2 Anschluss der Elektrodenpads

1. Ensure the device is turned off before connecting pads.
2. Select the appropriate size of electrode pads for your treatment area.
3. Connect the lead wires to the electrode pads by snapping them onto the metal studs.
4. Insert the lead wire plugs firmly into the desired output ports (CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4) on the bottom of the device. Ensure they are fully inserted for proper connection.

6. Apply the sticky side of the pads to clean, dry skin on the desired treatment area. Ensure good contact with the skin.

6. Bedienungsanleitung

6.1 Gerät überview und Kontrollen

• Stromschalter: Located on the top of the device. Slide to turn ON/OFF.
• Bildschirm: Displays current mode, intensity, time, and channel status.
• M-Taste (Modus): Press to cycle through the 24 treatment modes.
• +/- Tasten: Adjust intensity levels for the selected channel.
• CH-Taste (Kanal): Press to select the channel (CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4) you wish to adjust.
• T (Time) Button: Press to adjust the treatment duration (10-80 minutes).
• Sperrknopf: Press to lock/unlock the screen and buttons to prevent accidental changes during treatment.
• PAUSE-Taste: Press to temporarily pause the stimulation. Press again to resume.
• Light Bulb Button: Press to turn the screen backlight ON/OFF.

6.2 Beginn einer Behandlungssitzung

1. Ensure pads are correctly connected and applied to your skin.
2. Slide the power switch to the ON position. The screen will light up.
3. Drücken Sie die M button to select your desired treatment mode. The screen will display the mode icon.
4. Drücken Sie die T button to set the desired treatment time.
5. Drücken Sie die CH button to select the channel you want to adjust (e.g., CH1).
6. Drücken Sie die + button to gradually increase the intensity for the selected channel. Start with a low intensity and increase until you feel a comfortable, gentle pulsing sensation. Do not increase to an uncomfortable level.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for other channels (CH2, CH3, CH4) if using multiple pairs of pads. You can set different modes and intensities for each channel independently.
8. To pause the treatment, press the PAUSE Taste. Zum Fortfahren erneut drücken.
9. To lock the screen and buttons, press the SPERREN button. Press again to unlock.
10. The device will automatically shut off once the set time expires. You can also turn it off manually by sliding the power switch to OFF.

6.3 Pad Placement Guidelines

Proper pad placement is crucial for effective treatment. Place pads on clean, dry skin. For TENS, place pads around the painful area. For EMS, place pads on the muscle belly. Avoid placing pads directly over joints or bony prominences.

6.4 Massage Therapies

The unit offers 6 primary massage therapies, each with multiple variations, totaling 24 modes:

• Kneten: Simulates deep tissue massage.
• Acupuncture: Mimics traditional acupuncture sensations.
• Schaben: Provides a sensation similar to Gua Sha.
• Tippen: Delivers rhythmic tapping pulses.
• Shiatsu-Deep: Replicates deep pressure Shiatsu massage.
• Schröpfen: Simulates the suction and release of cupping therapy.

7. Wartung

7.1 Gerät reinigen

Wischen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, damp Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Scheuermittel und tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht in Wasser.

7.2 Cleaning Electrode Pads

The adhesive gel pads can be gently rinsed under cool running water and air-dried to restore some stickiness. Do not scrub or use soap. Replace pads when they lose their adhesive quality or become dirty.

7.3 Speicherung

Store the device and pads in the provided storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure pads are re-covered with their protective film before storage.
