The CATCHFACE Smart Lock offers advanced security and convenience with multiple unlocking methods. It is designed to replace standard single-cylinder U.S. door locks and fits both left and right, inner and outer doors.

Installation of the CATCHFACE Smart Lock is designed to be straightforward. Please ensure your door meets the following requirements:

• Türstärke: Suitable for doors with a thickness of 35-50mm.
• Adjustable Deadbolt: The adjustable deadbolt accommodates sizes between 60mm to 70mm.

4. Bedienungsanleitung

4.1. Entsperren per Fingerabdruck

The smart lock features 360° fingerprint recognition for fast unlocking in 0.5 seconds. It can store up to 120 fingerprints.

4.2. Passwort entsperren

Utilize the anti-peep virtual password feature to prevent others from guessing your code. You can input any random numbers before or after your actual password. The keypad is backlit for easy use at night.

4.3. IC Card Unlock

The smart lock supports unlocking with IC cards, providing a convenient alternative for users who prefer not to use a smartphone or fingerprint. Five IC cards are included with the lock.

4.4. TTLock App Control

The TTLock App allows you to manage your lock from anywhere. Features include monitoring lock status (remaining power, alerts), sending eKeys to other TTLock users, generating passcodes, managing fingerprints, and viewing operation logs. For remote control functionality, the CATCHFACE WiFi Gateway (sold separately, ASIN: B085HFFF9T) is required.

5. Wartung

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your CATCHFACE Smart Lock, regular maintenance is recommended.

5.1. Batteriewechsel

The smart lock is powered by 4 AAA alkaline batteries. The TTLock App will provide a low battery alarm when the power is critically low (below 20%).

5.2. Emergency Power and Backup Keys

In case the battery is completely drained, you can use the micro USB emergency power interface with a power bank for temporary power supply, or use one of the two included physical backup keys to open the door.

If you encounter any issues with your CATCHFACE Smart Lock, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Schloss reagiert nicht: Check battery levels. If low, use the micro USB emergency power or backup key.
• Fingerabdruck nicht erkannt: Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Finger sauber und trocken ist. Versuchen Sie, Ihren Fingerabdruck erneut zu registrieren, falls die Probleme weiterhin bestehen.
• Probleme bei der Passworteingabe: Ensure you are entering the correct password. The anti-peep feature allows extra digits, but the core password must be correct.
• Probleme mit der App-Konnektivität: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. If using remote features, verify your CATCHFACE WiFi Gateway is properly connected and online.
• Door Not Locking/Unlocking Properly: Check for any obstructions in the door frame or latch. Ensure the lock is correctly aligned and installed.
