• Reinigung der Laserlinse: Gently clean the laser lens with a lint-free cloth and lens cleaning solution to maintain engraving precision.
• Lubricating Moving Parts: Periodically apply a small amount of lubricant to the guide rails and lead screws to ensure smooth movement of the laser module.
• Checking Belt Tension: Inspect the tension of the synchronous belts. They should be taut but not overly tight. Adjust if necessary according to the detailed manual.
• Cleaning the Honeycomb Panel: If using a honeycomb panel, regularly clean it to remove debris and residue from cutting, which can affect air assist and cut quality.

• Laser feuert nicht:
  • Ensure the emergency stop button is disengaged (turned counter-clockwise).

  • Confirm the laser focus is correctly set for the material thickness.
