4. Aufbau und Montage

Allgemeine Montagehinweise:
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Teile vorhanden sind, bevor Sie mit der Montage beginnen.

5. Bedienungsanleitung
5.1 Sitzhöhe einstellen
So stellen Sie die Sitzhöhe ein:
- Lösen Sie den Einstellknopf an der Sattelstütze.
- Raise or lower the seat to your desired height. Ensure your leg has a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point.
- Tighten the adjustment knob securely to lock the seat in place.

5.2 Widerstand einstellen
The exercise bike features 8 levels of magnetic resistance. To adjust the resistance:
- Suchen Sie den Spannungsreglerknopf am Hauptrahmen.
- Turn the knob clockwise to increase resistance (levels 1-8, 'High').
- Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease resistance (levels 8-1, 'Low').

5.3 Verwendung des LCD-Displays
The LCD display tracks your workout data. Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the monitor to activate it.
- SCAN: Durchläuft automatisch alle Funktionen.
- ZEIT: Zeigt die Dauer Ihres Trainings an.
- SPD (Geschwindigkeit): Zeigt Ihre aktuelle Fahrradgeschwindigkeit an.
- DIST (Entfernung): Zeigt die während des Trainings zurückgelegte Strecke an.
- CAL (Kalorien): Schätzt den Kalorienverbrauch während des Trainings.

6. Wartung
Regelmäßige Wartung gewährleistet die Langlebigkeit und den sicheren Betrieb Ihres Heimtrainers.
- Reinigung: Wischen Sie das Fahrrad mit Werbung abamp Nach jedem Gebrauch mit einem Tuch abwischen, um Schweiß und Staub zu entfernen. Scheuermittel vermeiden.
- Inspektion: Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig alle Schrauben, Muttern und beweglichen Teile auf festen Sitz. Ziehen Sie lose Befestigungselemente fest.
- Lagerung: Wenn das Fahrrad nicht benutzt wird, klappen Sie es zusammen und lagern Sie es an einem trockenen, kühlen Ort, geschützt vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und Feuchtigkeit.
