Setup und Installation

Before proceeding, ensure your computer is powered off and unplugged from the wall outlet. Refer to your motherboard and PC case manuals for specific mounting locations and clearances.

1. Motherboard vorbereiten: Montieren Sie die passende Rückplatte und die Abstandshalter für Ihren CPU-Sockel (Intel oder AMD) auf dem Motherboard.
2. Wärmeleitpaste auftragen: If thermal paste is not pre-applied to the cold plate, apply a small, pea-sized amount to the center of your CPU's integrated heat spreader (IHS).
3. Mount Cold Plate: Carefully place the pump/cold plate assembly onto the CPU, aligning the mounting holes. Secure it with the provided thumb screws or nuts, tightening them in a diagonal pattern until snug. Do not overtighten.
4. Kühler und Lüfter einbauen: Attach the two 120mm fans to the radiator using the long screws. Ensure the fan airflow direction is appropriate for your case (intake or exhaust). Mount the radiator assembly to an available fan mount in your PC case (e.g., top, front, or rear).
5. Kabel anschließen:
   • Connect the pump's 3-pin power cable to a dedicated AIO_PUMP or CPU_FAN header on your motherboard.
   • Connect the two fan 4-pin PWM cables to the included fan splitter cable, then connect the splitter to a CPU_FAN or SYS_FAN header on your motherboard.
   • Connect the ARGB cables from the fans and pump to the included ARGB splitter cable, then connect the splitter to a 5V 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard. Nicht an einen 12V RGB-Anschluss anschließen.
6. Kabelmanagement: Route all cables neatly to avoid interference with other components and to improve airflow.

Once installed, the AZZA LCAZ-240C-ARGB operates automatically.

• BIOS/UEFI-Einstellungen: Access your motherboard's BIOS/UEFI to ensure the CPU_FAN or AIO_PUMP header is set to PWM mode (if applicable) and that fan curves are configured for optimal cooling and noise levels.
• ARGB-Steuerung: Use your motherboard's ARGB software (e.g., ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome Sync) to customize the lighting effects of the fans and pump.

  • Ensure the pump is running and connected to a constant power source (AIO_PUMP header).
  • Verify that the cold plate is making proper contact with the CPU and that thermal paste was applied correctly.
