3. Einrichtung und erste Verwendung

3.1 Auspacken

Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the pressure cooker for any damage. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.

3.2 Erstreinigung

1. Wash the inner pot, lid (including the sealing ring and valves), and all accessories with warm, soapy water.

1. Place the inner pot into the main unit. Ensure it sits correctly and is level.

4.1 Grundlegende Bedienung

Examples of cooking with preset programs:

• Pasta: Select the "Pasta" program. Add pasta and water according to recipe. The cooker will automatically set the appropriate pressure and time.
• Eintopf: Use the "Stew" program for tender meats and vegetables.
• Dampf: Place food on the steamer basket with water below. Select "Steam" for healthy cooking of vegetables or fish.

4.3 Warmhaltefunktion

After cooking, the appliance automatically enters "Keep Warm" mode to maintain food temperature. Press the "Keep Warm/Cancel" button to exit this mode.

5. Wartung und Reinigung

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure cooker.

5.1 Cleaning the Inner Pot and Accessories

• After each use, allow the inner pot to cool completely.
• Wash the inner pot and accessories with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
