2.2 Elektrische Sicherheit
- Use only the specified battery and charger provided by Zipper.
- Setzen Sie weder den Akku noch das Ladegerät Feuchtigkeit oder extremen Temperaturen aus.
- Inspect the battery and charger for damage before each use. Do not use if damaged.
- Vor jeglichen Wartungs- oder Reinigungsarbeiten muss die Batterie abgeklemmt werden.

4. Aufbau und Montage
The Zipper ZI-EWB300-160L requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps to prepare your wheelbarrow for use.
4.1 Auspacken
- Entnehmen Sie vorsichtig alle Komponenten aus der Verpackung.
- Check for any shipping damage. Contact your dealer immediately if damage is found.
- Prüfen Sie anhand der Packliste, ob alle Teile vorhanden sind.
4.2 Einlegen und Laden der Batterie
The wheelbarrow comes with one 40V / 6Ah standard battery and a 97W charger.
- Locate the battery compartment, typically near the motor or under the bucket.
- Insert the battery into the compartment, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
- For initial use, fully charge the battery. Connect the charger to a power outlet and then to the battery. The charger indicator light will show charging status.

5. Bedienungsanleitung
Familiarize yourself with the controls before operating the wheelbarrow.
5.1 Bedienelemente
- Steuerelement: Located on the right handle for comfortable and safe operation.
- Selector Switch (Forward/Reverse): Used to choose the direction of travel.
- Electronic Brake Switch: Activates the electronic brake for stopping.
5.2 Starting and Moving

- Select the desired direction (forward or reverse) using the selector switch on the control handle.

- Activate the electronic brake via its selector switch for immediate stopping or to hold the wheelbarrow on an incline.
5.4 Be- und Entladen
- Distribute the load evenly in the 160-litre bucket to maintain balance.

6. Wartung
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your wheelbarrow.
6.1 Reinigung
- After each use, clean the bucket and frame to remove dirt, debris, and corrosive materials.
