The Anova Precision™ Chamber Vacuum Sealer is designed to provide professional-grade vacuum sealing capabilities in a compact and intuitive home appliance. Unlike traditional edge sealers, this chamber vacuum sealer creates an equally pressurized environment inside and outside the bag, allowing for mess-free sealing of liquids and liquid-rich foods. Beyond preservation, its pre-programmed settings enable advanced culinary techniques such as infusion, compression, and quick pickling.

Hauptmerkmale
- Infuse/Extract: In a pressurized environment, the distinct flavors from aromatic foods or herbs can be easily infused into your favorite oils, alcohols, and more.
- Compress/Pickle: This setting uses pressure within the chamber to compress certain fruits and veggies for astounding textural changes, or saturate foods with brine faster than traditional methods.
- Dry/Cool: Use this program to boil water off of products in the chamber, like a freshly baked loaf of bread, to encourage faster cooling and drying, while producing a crisper crust.
- Rezepte: It's fun and easy to use the preset modes above to experiment at home, but we've also developed plenty of recipes so you’ll know exactly where to start.
- Save money and plastic: Because chamber vacuums don’t suck air directionally, they don’t require internal mesh liners needed by edge sealer bags to achieve an airtight seal. This makes chamber pouches both more economical from a cost perspective, and lower in their use of single-use plastics than edge sealer bags of the same dimensions.
- Und so geht's: When actively sealing, a chamber sealer creates an equally pressurized environment, both inside and outside of the bag. Once all of the air is removed, the pouch is sealed shut, void of any excess air. The chamber then releases the vacuum and returns to normal atmospheric pressure – creating a truly airtight seal.



Installationshandbuch
- Auspacken: Carefully remove the Anova Precision™ Chamber Vacuum Sealer from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for future storage or transport.

General Vacuum Sealing Process
- Essen zubereiten: Place the food item into a compatible chamber vacuum bag. Ensure the open end of the bag is clean and dry.
- Position Tasche: Lay the open end of the bag flat across the sealing bar inside the chamber. Ensure the bag is smooth and free of wrinkles.
- Deckel schließen: Close the lid firmly until it latches securely. The unit will automatically begin the vacuum cycle.
- Fortschritt überwachen: The digital display will show the vacuum progress. Once the desired vacuum level is reached, the unit will automatically seal the bag.
- Freigeben und Entfernen: After sealing, the chamber will release pressure. Once the pressure is equalized, open the lid and remove the sealed bag.
Using Preset Modes
The Anova Precision™ Chamber Vacuum Sealer features pre-programmed settings for specialized culinary applications:
- Infuse / Extract: Select this mode to rapidly infuse liquids with flavors from herbs, spices, or fruits. The vacuum process accelerates the extraction of flavors.
- Compress / Pickle: This mode is ideal for compressing fruits and vegetables to alter their texture or for quick pickling. The vacuum draws brine into the food more efficiently.
- Dry / Cool: Use this setting to quickly dry and cool items, such as freshly baked bread, to achieve a crisper texture. The vacuum helps remove moisture and cool the item rapidly.
To select a preset mode, use the 'Program' button on the control panel. The display will guide you through the selection process.
Pflege und Wartung
- Reinigung der Kammer: After each use, especially when sealing liquids, wipe the interior of the vacuum chamber with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse with a clean, damp Tuch abwischen und gründlich trocknen.
