4. Einrichtung

4.1. Einlegen der Batterie

The device requires 2 AAA alkaline batteries (included). To install or replace batteries:

1. Öffnen Sie die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs auf der Rückseite des Geräts.
2. Legen Sie die 2 AAA-Batterien ein und achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Polarität (+/-).
3. Schließen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel fest.

5. Bedienungsanleitung

5.1. Ein-/Ausschalten

• Einschalten: Drücken Sie die ON/READ Drücken Sie die Taste einmal. Das Display leuchtet auf.
• Ausschalten: Drücken Sie lange die OFF/Return button. The device will automatically power off after 150 seconds of inactivity.

5.2. Grundlegende Distanzmessung

1. Drücken Sie die ON/READ Durch einmaliges Drücken wird der Laser aktiviert.
2. Richten Sie den Laserpunkt auf den Zielpunkt.

5.3. Changing Measurement Reference Point

The device allows you to set the measurement reference point from either the front or the rear of the device. The default is usually the rear. Press the Reference/Mute button to toggle between front and rear reference points. An icon on the display will indicate the current reference point.

5.4. Kontinuierliche Messung (Min/Max)

This mode allows for dynamic measurement, displaying the minimum and maximum distances as you move the device. This is useful for finding the shortest or longest distance to a target.

1. Drücken Sie die MESS button (or the button with multiple squares icon) repeatedly until the continuous measurement icon appears.

3. Move the device slowly. The display will show real-time, minimum, and maximum distances.

5.5. Area, Volume, and Pythagorean Measurement

The device supports various advanced measurement functions:

• Flächenmessung: Drücken Sie die MESS button until the area icon (rectangle) appears. Measure the length and width sequentially. The device will calculate and display the area.
• Volumenmessung: Drücken Sie die MESS button until the volume icon (cube) appears. Measure length, width, and height sequentially. The device will calculate and display the volume.
• Pythagoräische Messung: Drücken Sie die MESS button until the Pythagorean icon (triangle) appears. Follow the on-screen prompts to measure the required sides (hypotenuse and one leg) to indirectly calculate the third side.

5.6. Addition and Subtraction of Measurements

You can add or subtract measurements directly on the device:

1. Nehmen Sie die erste Messung vor.
2. Drücken Sie die + Schaltfläche zum Hinzufügen oder die - Taste für Subtraktion.
3. Take the second measurement. The device will display the calculated sum or difference.

5.7. Einheitenumrechnung

5.8. Speicher

5.9. Stummschaltung

For quiet environments, the device features a mute function. Press the Reference/Mute button (long press) to toggle the sound on or off.

6. Wartung

• Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen,amp Tuch. Keine Scheuer- oder Lösungsmittel verwenden.
