Please read this manual carefully before installation and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or personal injury. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Vor Wartungs- oder Reinigungsarbeiten am Gerät muss immer die Stromzufuhr unterbrochen werden.
- Installation must be performed by a qualified installer in accordance with all local codes and regulations.
- Um eine Rückströmung der Verbrennungsgase von brennstoffverbrennenden Anlagen zu verhindern, ist eine ausreichende Belüftung sicherzustellen.

6. Bedienung
The Akicon Range Hood Insert features intuitive touch controls for power, fan speed adjustment, and lighting.

6.1 Steuerfunktionen
- Netzschalter: Schaltet das Gerät ein/aus.
- Decrease/Increase Buttons: Adjust fan speed (3 speeds available) and time for delayed shutdown.
- Lichttaste: Turns LED lights on/off. Press and hold for 3 seconds to adjust brightness (4 levels).
- Numerische Anzeige: Shows current fan speed or remaining time for delayed shutdown.
6.2 Delayed Automatic Shutdown
To activate the delayed automatic shutdown (1 to 9 minutes), ensure the motor is off. Press and hold the decrease button for 3 seconds until a number flashes on the display. Use the increase/decrease buttons to set the desired delay time. Once set, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to activate the delay. The unit will automatically turn off the motor and lights after the set time.

7. Wartung & Reinigung
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your range hood.
7.1 Prallfilter
The stainless steel baffle filters are designed for easy removal and cleaning. They are dishwasher safe.

To clean, simply remove the filters and place them in your dishwasher. For manual cleaning, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive brush or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before re-installing.
