The Midea WDV24CWG is a 24000 BTU window-mounted air conditioner designed for cooling only. It features a standard filter, remote control operation, and uses R-410A refrigerant.

3. Einrichtung und Installation
This air conditioner is designed for window installation. Proper installation is crucial for efficient operation and safety. It is recommended to have the unit installed by a qualified technician.
3.1 Standortwahl
- Choose a window that can support the weight of the unit (approximately 52.1 kg).
- Ensure the window opening dimensions are compatible with the unit's size (43 cm Depth x 66 cm Width x 78.5 cm Height).
- The area around the unit should be clear of obstructions to allow for proper airflow.
- Ensure a grounded 230V electrical outlet is available within reach of the power cord.
3.2 Installationsschritte (Allgemeine Anleitung)
- Prepare the window opening by removing any screens or obstructions.
- Install the mounting brackets and support frame according to the detailed instructions provided in the separate installation guide (not included in this manual).
- Carefully lift and place the air conditioner into the prepared window opening, ensuring it is level or slightly tilted outwards for proper condensation drainage.
- Secure the unit to the window frame using the provided screws and sealing materials to prevent air leaks.
- Extend the side panels to fill the remaining gap in the window opening and secure them.
- Plug the unit into a grounded 230V electrical outlet.

4. Bedienungsanleitung
The Midea WDV24CWG air conditioner can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the supplied remote control.
4.1 Systemsteuerung
The control panel typically includes buttons for Power, Mode, Fan Speed, Temperature Up/Down, and Timer. Refer to the specific button layout on your unit.
4.2-Fernbedienung
The remote control provides convenient access to all functions. Ensure batteries are correctly inserted. Point the remote control directly at the unit's receiver.
4.3-Betriebsmodi
- Kühlmodus: Select this mode for cooling. Adjust the temperature setting to your desired level. The unit will cool the room to the set temperature.
- Gebläsemodus: Circulates air without cooling. Useful for ventilation. You can select different fan speeds.
- Entfeuchter-Modus: Reduces humidity in the room. The unit will operate in a low fan speed and cooling cycle to remove moisture.
4.4 Temperatureinstellung
Use the Up/Down arrows on the control panel or remote to set the desired room temperature. The unit will maintain this temperature in Cool mode.
4.5 Lüftergeschwindigkeiten
Adjust the fan speed (Low, Medium, High, Auto) to control airflow and noise level. Higher fan speeds provide faster cooling.
5. Wartung
Regelmäßige Wartung gewährleistet optimale Leistung und verlängert die Lebensdauer Ihrer Klimaanlage. Ziehen Sie vor jeglichen Wartungsarbeiten immer den Netzstecker.
5.1 Luftfilterreinigung
The unit is equipped with a standard air filter. A dirty filter reduces cooling efficiency and airflow. Clean the air filter every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
- Schalten Sie die Klimaanlage aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
- Öffnen Sie die Frontabdeckung des Geräts.
- Entfernen Sie vorsichtig den Luftfilter.
- Waschen Sie den Filter mit warmem Seifenwasser. Spülen Sie ihn gründlich aus.
- Lassen Sie den Filter vollständig an der Luft trocknen, bevor Sie ihn wieder einsetzen.
- Reinstall the dry filter and close the front panel.
5.2 Spulenreinigung
The evaporator and condenser coils should be checked annually and cleaned if necessary. Dust and dirt buildup on coils can reduce efficiency. This task is best performed by a qualified service technician.
5.3 Außenreinigung
Wischen Sie die Außenseite des Geräts mit einem weichen,amp Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine scharfen Chemikalien oder Scheuermittel.
6. Fehlerbehebung
Bevor Sie den Kundendienst kontaktieren, prüfen Sie bitte die folgenden häufig auftretenden Probleme und Lösungen:
