5. Einrichtung und Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation. It is recommended to have a qualified electrician perform the installation if you are unfamiliar with electrical wiring.
- Strom ausschalten: Vor Beginn jeglicher Elektroarbeiten muss sichergestellt werden, dass die Stromzufuhr zum Installationsbereich am Sicherungsautomaten abgeschaltet ist.
- Loch ausschneiden: Use the provided 1:1 hole template to mark and cut a 6.25-inch diameter hole in the ceiling.
- Verkabelung anschließen: Open the junction box cover. Connect the house wiring (live, neutral, ground) to the corresponding wires inside the junction box using appropriate wire connectors. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Sichere Anschlussdose: Place the junction box into the ceiling opening.
- Leuchteninstallation: Connect the light fixture's cable to the junction box. Push the spring clips on the sides of the light fixture upwards and insert the fixture into the ceiling hole. The spring clips will secure the fixture in place.
