2. Sicherheitshinweise

• COAX Port: Connects to the coaxial cable from your service provider.

5. Einrichtung

Follow these steps to set up your Sercomm DG4244 Gateway:

1. Wählen Sie einen Standort: Place the gateway in a central location in your home, away from obstructions and potential sources of interference (e.g., microwaves, cordless phones). Ensure it is near a coaxial cable outlet and a power outlet.

8.1 Kein Strom

• Ensure the Wi-Fi LED on the front panel is solid.
• Relocate the gateway to a more central location, away from walls, large metal objects, and other electronic devices that may cause interference.
• Check for Wi-Fi interference from other devices operating on the same frequency (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz).
• Verify your Wi-Fi settings (SSID, password, security mode) through the web Verwaltungsschnittstelle.

• Verify you are typing the correct IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.1).
